Having lived in Japan for 7 years, the client desired his new flat to be designed and transformed to reflect Japanese style.
We incorporated natural materials such as wood, pebbles, and Igusa (used as Tatami) to create a warm and welcoming ambiance upon entering the home.

To meet the client’s needs, we efficiently fitted a bathtub, toilet bowl and washing machine into the limited space through careful planning.
Expand Available Space
The sliding door between the living and bedroom areas has been removed to create a more open and unified space.
Guest-Friendly Design
The raised platform allows guests to stay in the dining area with their shoes on and offers convenient extra space for storing shoes.
Importance of Lighting
Ambient lighting incorporated at the bed header, wardrobe, and suspended ceiling enhances the space, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
